CompuArchiveR This is a useful program for any property managers or building owners who have had numerous asbestos surveys carried out on various properties. As per regulations asbestos in buildings needs to be managed CompuArchiveR helps the asbestos manager keep track of each survey as well as each sample. It has a calendar that will flag up the next audit and give sample and survey details. The basic survey is entered as per CompuArchive and CompuArchiveC and allows for view only access and administration access. A list of samples can be printed off once the sample data has been entered, audits can be carried out on the samples and a revised risk assessment and other audit details will append itself to the sample. Any amount of audits can be carried out on a sample and it will be appended, a print out of this will be available. The administration section allows surveys from any consultants to be added, thus giving the user the benefit of adding all their surveys and have one convienent way of managing them.

The entry page gives the user a chance to download the Adobe Reader which is needed to view the documents.

 

 

A secure login page for viewers, the menu bar allows secure login access to a mobile PDA section as well as to the administration section.

 

 

The viewing section has the same search facilities as CompuArchive and CompuArchiveC, it also has the view all menu tab. The menu also has a calendar which can display any day for the next 15 years, when set to the current month a link to any survey that needs to be attended for an audit will appear, by clicking on it details will show what sample and what survey needs attention.

The results will now have a download link to the main document and also another to view all sample data.

 

 

The sample data is displayed in short version with a small photograph of the sampled item. By viewing the sample data you will see a full version of the sample including all the audits which have been carried out for that sample. A print a list of survey samples, can also be carried out from this page.

 

 

This may be printed and kept as an appended document with the original survey if neccessary, every audit which is carried out will be added to this document.

 

The PDA version is the same as CompArchive and CompuArchiveC but has the option to view the samples.

 

The sample sumary contains no photographs, the PDA needs to have the Adobe Reader installed to view the PDF files. It should be connected to a printer in order to print the sample pages out. You may use the PDA to carry out the audit update on site. You would need an internet connection and an administrator login. The information is stored on the main server and can be printed out or checked at a later stage if need be.

 

 

By clicking on the sample detail, a detailed version of the sample appears together with a small image, this includes all audit updates.
