The survey documentation and clearance certificates are stored as pdf files, which can be opened and read using the FREE Downloadable Adobe Reader. The screen shots show the viewer section as well as the version which can be used in conjunction with a hand held PDA or pocket surfer. Both survey and clearance versions come with a full administration system which allows the administrator to add documents and job details via their browser. The system has encrypted security, only administrators can view and insert data, view only logins are available for viewing the data only.

The secure login screen gives view only access, a menu allows the user to return to your main website, or the options to login to the PDA version of the database. The last menu item takes you to a similar login screen which is for administrators only, and allows entries to be made and documents uploaded.

Once a valid username and password has been entered you see the date search page, this enables you to search the database for documents of a certain date.

By choosing client name search from the menu bar a search can be carried out for the document by client name.

By choosing site location search from the menu bar a search can be carried out for the document by site location.

All searches bring you to relevant pages, all in the same format as the view all...below. The view all documents is useful if not all the relevant details are available. The main details of a particular job will be displayed as well as a download link to the relevant pdf. All pdf documents can be printed, saved or emailed. It is simple to use and presents all the jobs entered in an ordered manner, no more boxes full of stored papers, this is quick and easy. The PDA version of this software does not contain an administration section of it's own as it is mainly used to view the data whilst on site. This is the secure login page, the menu allows the user to contact the administrator and to return to the main site.

Because of limitations in the software available for PDA's we have a client name search and a view all documents. A FREE downloadable version of Adobe Reader is available for PDA devices and can be used to view the documents.
